There is a huge market today for baby clothes whether they be cheaper brands or designer brands. Obviously in winter make sure you buy clothing which will keep the baby's warmth in and likewise in summer don't overdress the baby as this can dehydrate the baby and although not proven is thought to be a major contributor to cot death.

If you have brothers, sisters or close friends who have leftover baby clothes then don't be ashamed to use them. They grow so fast that second hand baby clothes should still look fairly new and again you could save yourself a lot of time and money by using some hand me down clothes.
